500 Oxygenated-Beds Facility To Be Reopened In Chhattarpur In 3 Days

We have constantly been hearing about the shortage of beds or SOS messages on social media for beds now and then. But there might soon be some respite with the reopening of this COVID facility in South Delhi.

More Oxygenated Beds In The City? | Sardar Patel COVID Care Centre (SPCCC) with 500 oxygenated bed at Radha Soami Beas in Chhattarpur will be reopened in the coming days amidst the rising number of positive infections. Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) has been entrusted to run this facility. It was shut earlier this February due to the decline in the number of cases in the city after it was first opened last year in June-July.

The facility is expected to reopen on Monday, the 26th of April and lodging for the medical staff & para-medics will be provided by the Delhi Government.

We certainly do hope that this facility opens soon and till then stay home, stay safe.
